Li Chung-Chi’s action sequences are good, but writer-producer-director-financier Dennis Law’s pretentious screenplay and excrutiatingly boring film technique submarine this fanboy-friendly genre flick. Not even the unintentional laughs can compensate. If you do watch Bad Blood, the fast-forward button is your friend.
